Nothing screams Arizona more that the tiny yet mighty chiltepin. It is has earthy flavors with a creeping kick that hits you long after the chocolate is gone. It is infused delicately into the cacao butter to extract all the flavor without overwhelming the chocolate. On the contrary the bourbon is flooded with flavors of frozen fudgesicle bars and pecan brittle that pairs perfectly with our rich and fudgy Uganda cacao. It is finished off with bourbon infused cacao nibs and pecans making you feel like you just sipped the bourbon neat especially with that gentle long kick of the chiltepin.
